What this site is

This website tells you about Called Up Cardboard’s live sports card auctions and shows cards that may be offered. Nothing is sold on this website. All bidding, purchases, payments, shipping protection and disputes happen on Whatnot and are governed by Whatnot’s terms and policies.

Cards, photos and availability

• Cards shown on the site are examples of what may appear in our streams. A card can sell, be held back or change at any time, and being shown here is not an offer to sell it.
• Photos are of the actual cards where we have them, but color and condition can look different on screens. Every card is shown live on camera before bidding opens. What is shown and said in the stream is the description you bid on.
• Grades, labels and cert numbers come from the grading company. “Verify cert” links open that company’s public lookup. We are not responsible for a grading company’s opinions or records.
• Schedules, show formats, promotions and countdowns on the site are planned in good faith but can change. Check our Whatnot profile for the current show.

Stream alerts

If you sign up for stream alerts, you agree to receive emails about our shows. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email or by contacting us.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, submitting signups for other people without their permission, scraping it in bulk, or using it for anything unlawful. We may block access for misuse.

Our content

The site’s design, text, logo and our own photos belong to Called Up Cardboard. You are welcome to share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use, but please don’t copy the site or reuse our photos to sell cards without permission.

Trademarks

Whatnot, PSA, Topps, Panini, Upper Deck and other brands, along with player names and team marks, belong to their owners. They are used here only to describe the cards. Called Up Cardboard is an independent seller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies, leagues or players.

Links to other sites

The site links to Whatnot, grading company lookups, calendar services and other sites we don’t control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise it will always be error-free or online. Card values and market prices change; nothing on the site is investment advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Called Up Cardboard is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Purchases you make on Whatnot are covered by Whatnot’s terms and buyer protection. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
